We have the systems, technology and experience to in delivering webinar recruitment training solutions to both the ‘open market’ and specific ‘private clients’ with multiple offices in multiple countries.  We regularly deliver training through this medium to our clients with a “global” footprint as it proves extremely cost effective in ensuring set standards are applied across the brand.

Web Casting
This delivery method in recruitment training is proving more popular, especially to our international clients. We own a purpose built recruitment training centre with www broadcasting facilities and have adopted a parallel approach to web casting. Seal regularly produce web casts at no charge to you the viewer on topics such as motivation and best practice for example. Moreover, our chosen style of delivery is ‘interactive’ / ‘live’ where you have the opportunity to ask directly any questions specific to your problems.
 
Online training
Our online recruitment training courses are based on principles from research in adult learning, and information processing. In order for online training to be effective, the participant must view the training as meaningful and relevant. The delegate must be engaged as an active participant.
