He has 25 years experience in the Executive Recruitment industry. As Training and Business Director with a leading international search firm he provided more than 20,000 hours of induction and field training to consultants and owners.
Tony formed The SEAL Group with a view to providing specialist human resources solutions to the Communications and Professional Services sectors and 2001 saw the firm grow to 33 consultants. This award winning business holds an enviable and justified reputation for winning “Top Office”, “Top Consultant”, “Top Billing Manager” out of 120 UK offices for 6 of its 7 years within the group.
Because of his many years in running a successful recruitment business and quick reaction to change caused by external influences (he has worked through and grown in three recessions to date) Tony is often called upon as a speaker to senior recruiters and industry leaders on topics ranging from ‘Change Management’ to ‘Winning Business’, to ‘Survival’ in any economy. In 2004 he founded Seal Recruitment Training Solutions, a firm that supplies recruitment consultancy and training to organisations globally.
He brings the rare combination of skills beyond the typical recruitment trainer and has a fantastic ability to positively impact so many of the world’s leading recruitment firms; from specialist boutiques to large “branded” multi-nationals.
In the rare time that Tony has to himself, he enjoys Skiing (former British Team - Downhill speed skier), Paragliding and Horse Riding.
