Having 27 years of recruitment industry experience, I formed Seal Recruitment Training Solutions in 2004, as a highly specialised training company focused exclusively on increasing the recruitment expertise of our client organisations across both the recruitment sector and within industry.
I have developed relationships with more than 200 recruitment clients from one man start-ups to multi-national, multi office recruitment companies as well as within the talent acquisition and HR team of many blue chip FTSE organisations such as Deloitte, Adidas and Tata Consulting. I have enjoyed working internationally with our clients in 28 countries throughout EMEA and have a well established reputation in China (together with proud partners of SEEK Training).
I have worked at all levels with recruitment clients from Board Level down providing coaching and personal mentoring to business owners, skills development for Team Leaders and Managers, Induction Course delivery to Rookies and Advanced Sales Courses for established ‘Big Billers’ and played an instrumental role in the establishment of Business Processes and Training Policy Development.
Because I have many years’ experience in running a successful recruitment business and quick reaction to change caused by external influences (he has worked through and grown in three recessions to date) this has led to me being called upon to speak at industry events and on topics ranging from ‘Change Management’ to ‘Hiring top talent, to ‘Survival’.
